Weather Warfare & HAARP

Author Jerry E. Smith rejoined the show to discuss weather manipulation used by the military in warfare and one of the most controversial US projects, HAARP with Olav Phillips as guest host.

Jerry walked us through the history of weather manipulation touching on topics such as the "Rain Makers" who charged to make rain happen in areas of the US that where severely affected by drought. Bringing it up to modern times, he discussed and gave examples of what weather modification could do in the terms of the military and warfare.

Jerry and Olav also discussed the evidence and affects of chemtrails.
